Continuing her series of popular Middle Eastern classes , Michelle turns her attention to flavourful vegetarian dishes inspired by her love of Middle Eastern cooking. 

Her travels to North Africa and a two month vocational exchange to Turkey to further to her food knowledge, have cemented Michelle’s to life long passion for Moorish, Arabic and Mediterranean style cooking and generous hospitality.  

In this class she will share her favourite vegetarian recipes utilising a heady array of spices and seasonings as part of a shared feast.

The class will include garlicky Fatteh (Chickpea stew with pita, almonds and burnt butter), Sweet Baked Pumpkin with Tahini and Seeds, Fresh Broadbean Felafel, Berbere Spiced Eggplant Tagine and Silverbeet and pine nut Börek swell a a vegan version of Sfouf (Lebanese Sweet Turmeric and Almond cake)

As always Mich’s classes are hands on full of generous flavours and intended for sharing.
