Living in the heart of one of the best dairy regions in the country, it makes sense to learn a few things to use that beautiful milk for and fresh cheese is the perfect introduction, Michelle will guide you through making curds from fresh milk, make and stretch your own Mozzarella, make the freshest Haloumi and herb encrusted Queso Fresco and learn how to use cheesemaking by-product, whey, to make ricotta.

Cheese making can seem intimidating, but with Michelle’s help and tricks you’ll be surprised how achievable and delicious it can to make luscious fresh cheese at home.

You will also have the chance to enjoy your fresh mozarella on authentically simple pizzas and Michelle will demonstrate some summer themed salads and side dishes to utilise your fresh cheeses.
