Lewis Prince is one of Gippsland's most celebrated chefs. The inaugural executive chef at popular Traralgon fine-dining venue, Neilsons Kitchen, Lewis help guide the restaurant to become Latrobe Valley's first restaurant to be awarded a Chef's Hat in The Age Good Food Guide, describing him as a "magic chef" and "on the top of his game.
In 2008 Lewis and wife Rebecca purchased Neilsons Kitchen from the original owners.
Seafood can be intimidating for many home cooks. In this class Lewis will teach you how to confidently prepare seafood, filet fish, what to look out for when buying seafood and how to get the timing right when cooking seafood. Lewis will walk you through step by step, explain the differences in seafood varieties and how to best season your dishes.
