Since opening Albert's Kitchen in Drouin and setting up at the Warragul Farmers Market, Raj, his authentic curries, delicious dosa and infectious cheeky grin have quickly become part of the local scene food.
This class Raj will teach you the secrets of making his famous (and delicious) dosa, including each stage of the process from preparing and fermenting the batter to different kinds of fillings to cooking and serving.
