Saori Kojima studied Health Science in Japan and strongly believes that traditional Japanese food is one of the healthiest foods in the world.

When she moved to Australia in 2011, Saori was happy to discover the fantastic range of fresh food and ingredients available, but realised it was difficult to find traditional, non-westernised, Japanese sauces and condiments and started making them at home for her own enjoyment. Fast forward 3 years and Saori decided to make her sauces her business and has gone on to win many awards for her carefully crafted Japans condiments.

Beyond her business, Saori has an immense passion for healthy Japanese cuisine and teaching people to eat well, “I want to share my knowledge of easy, healthy AND delicious ways of cooking. I want to contribute to a healthier Australia!” She says.

Saori will share her favourite Yaki recipes including: Terriyaki Salmon, Okonomiyaki - cabbage pancakes ‘as you like them’ , Yaki Soba - noodles fried on the grill, and Yakitori chicken skewers.
