Jessi is a Gippsland born and her training consists of a hat restaurant, wineries and one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Melbourne, with many stints at others in between. Jess is the first young chef ambassador for Australia, in the committee for the Victorian young chef club and the first young chef to have a seat on the national Australian culinary federation. She dedicates herself to young chefs alike helping where ever possible. Conducting classes in local schools, fundraising events to provide scholarships and volunteering at local events.

This hands-on class is dedicated to the art of entertaining. It is all about taking the stress out of entertaining for guests, so you can achieve the wow factor and spend more time enjoying the event. Jess will teach you plating techniques, 'cheffy' tricks to help you when catering for a few friends or for what feels like an army. She will also show you how to create canapés, a grazing plater and a few cheeky desserts using nothing more than everyday pantry items.

If you already dread the next family function or gathering or are or not sure how to do it stress free then Jess will show you how to make it fun, impressive and enjoyable.
