It’s fair to say Natasha is a Kitchen Polymath. Her talents swing from foraging and fermenting to full on cuisine-centred feasts.
You may have enjoyed one of her wonderful Yum Cha classes inspired by her Chinese heritage but in this class she’ll explore the Eastern European side of Natasha story, sharing nostalgic recipes taught to her in childhood.
As always Natasha’s classes are hands on and hearty. Come along and learn to make hand-made Pierogi (farmer’s cheese & potato dumplings) Golabki (chicken & pork cabbage rolls), Mizeria:(cucumber salad), Duszone Grzby (Sauteed Mushrooms), Fasolka Szparagowa z Bulka Tarta (Breaded Beans) Sałatka Warzywna (Traditional Polish potato salad) and Nalesniki (Fruit & cheese crepes)
