The diversity of ingredients and flavours of Asia make for spectacular vegetarian dishes. As we enter spring, an array of Asian greens and root vegetables are at their best. This class takes advantage of the season and Cindy’s creative flare in the kitchen, as she looks to China, Tibet, Polynesia and India for inspiration.

Cindy was born in small town in Ipoh, Malaysia into a local Chinese Malaysian family. Cindy is known for her fantastic hawker fare and and incredibly fragrant curries and regional Asian cuisine.  In this class Cindy will share an eclectic menu of vibrant vegetable dishes using seasonal produce and her vast culinary knowledge.

Cindy will help you prepare a host of crowd pleasing vegetarian dishes including Five Spice Taro Rolls, Momos (Tibetan Dumplings), Buddha’s Delight Lo Han Jai (Chinese Vegetable Stew) served with Goji Berry and Longan Sticky Rice and a Carrot Halwa dessert.
