Natasha Vorogushin, Tash Can Cook
Comfort food cooked with love
While Polish cuisine might not be considered haute-cuisine, it does embody the joys and comfort of home-cooked food, and fun of sharing with friends and family. Polish cooking is close to Natasha’s heart, having spent lots of fun times learning and cooking many traditional dishes with close friends and family.
In this class you will cook like the Polish - learning and making many of their famous dishes like Pierogi - the Poland's favourite pastries and Golabki - Natasha's favourite cabbage rolls. You'll also make some tasty accompaniments, a classic, sweet desert, probably drink a (little) bit of vodka and have plenty of laughs.
In the class you will learn how to make hand-made Pierogi (farmer’s cheese & potato dumplings) Golabki (chicken & pork cabbage rolls), Mizeria:(cucumber salad), Duszone Grzby (Sauteed Mushrooms), Fasolka Szparagowa z Bulka Tarta (Breaded Beans) Sałatka Warzywna (Traditional Polish potato salad) and Nalesniki (Fruit & cheese crepes).
